One bedroom with king bed, queen sleep sofa, kitchen, one bath, and private patio. Shared pool and coin operated laundry. Tropical foliage, pond, nestled away on Olivia Street - a true "oasis" only steps away from all the excitement and wonder in this historic island city at the southernmost point in the US! There is also off-street parking on a first come, first serve basis. The cottage is decorated in shades of beige and green reminiscent of old Florida but with modern amenities that make you never want to leave. Unit sleeps max 4 people. Rates: From $265 per night $1650 per week (winter) From $220 per night $1350 per week (May & November) From $190 per night $1050 per week (summer) Rentals less than one week add one time cleaning charge of $65.00 - cleaning charge is paid by owner for full weekly rentals.
