This is the 4th house back from the Atlantic Ocean as well as being on the MAIN beach access path. It is about 300 yards to the beach. It has been fully remodeled for the first time, and is now available as a summer rental. The exterior of home was completely remodeled in Spring 2010 to include Palm trees, paver walkways, all new decks, playset, a brand new 46 ft. Pool with all the bells & whistles: salt-water system, 7 way lights, 6 inch deep wading area for toddlers, and water features that shoot across the pool! The pool is shared with the house next door, but has 2 seperate entrances as well as each home has their own lounge area with nice Chase Lounges. Fun stuff....
Newly furnished throughout with high end furniture and bedding- Tommy Bahama style. Every room has flat screen tv's with dvd/vcr's, there are 2 central heat/AC units to keep you cool on hot summer days. The front porch is screened & great for enjoying listening to the ocean in the evenings.
Each bedroom sleeps 2 adults and there are 2 sleeper sofas (one upstairs & one downstairs). Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms of which one is a master w/attached bath. The bedroom next to it is a double bed and the last bedroom has 2 singles. The lower level has a full kitchen & full laundry room- great for extended family and friends.
