Space in our waterfront estate homes are very limited. You and your groups are going to love what we have to offer you. No more hauling gear from small motel to small hotel or town to town. No more worrying about your personal things and stuff, we live right on our waterfront estate and no one enters your homes or our property once you check in, except you and your group. We are very private and extremely accommodating to your every need. We can provide a 15 passenger van with trailer for people and gear. We are without a doubt Diver Friendly. We are centrally located for all our local springs and we will be your safe and secure home base during your entire stay. Come home each day to your own waterfront homes with a big balcony for all your clients. There is nothing like relaxing while overlooking the beautifulRainbow River and enjoying a great Bar B Q with friends. Come home each day after your dives and enjoy our crystal clear swimming hole right off our shore or just float down stream and explore a new dive area just south of us with uncrowded freedom. Your complete homes come with all inclusive pontoon boat, tubes, kayaks, grills and so much more, enjoy your nights under the moon light at your big campfire pit talking about the days events with
good friends.
We are now the only Official Lodging hub for " The Blue Grotto" and Paradise Springs, approved by by owners Ed and Kirk. It a big plus for your group because we are right on the Rainbow River. We are also working closely with Bird's underwater dive shop to see that you are taken care of when in Crystal River.
