Kitchen was recently remodeled in all white with center island for additional seating area. Located 2 blocks from the beach it takes 3-4 minutes to walk there, but the location is more secluded so you can avoid the crowds/noise if you wish.
Home has a floral theme with 3 bedrooms/2 baths. Bathrooms have fresh towels, soaps, and hair dryers. Each bedroom has king size beds with fresh linens already on the beds and TV’s with DVD players for added comfort. (please note: many beach units do not have linens. In addition, there is a sunroom with a bunk bed, tv, and a pull out sofa bed. Fully equipped Kitchen plus outdoor gas grill. Outback you will find the heated swimming pool and a two car garage. Owners keep a golf cart in garage, but you must sign a warier of release of liability form and present a valid drivers license in order to use it (Maximum Occupancy 10). Often times you will find beach toys, floats, fishing poles and small coolers for your use in this garage.
Typically rents from Sat-Sat during Peak season of June-Sept., but short stays available during other times of the year.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival date than you are responsible for paying for that week. If we are able to rebook the unit for that week then we will refund your money. If guest cancels for any reason after full funds have been received by the owner , the full amount tendered may not be returned unless, owner is able to re-rent the unit. Repairs, replacements and upkeep will be made in a timely matter by the management company or owner ASAP after notification by guests, but there will be no dilution of the rental rate that will be affected.
Local Hospitality Tax: Add 11.5%
Cleaning Fee: Possible cleaning fee if less than 1 week rental.
Linen charge: Included for weekly rentals.
