High-end luxury villa with jacuzzi and large private pool in the center of Sosua Super-luxury villa in the center of Sosua (adjacent the club Passion, on Pedro Clisante road), in the middle of all restaurants, clubs, bars, shops etc. and walking distance to all beaches. A magnificent high-end hideaway ideal for bachelor parties, business groups, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries etc. All bedrooms have A/C and cable TV. More than half-million dollars were spent on furnishing, statues, waterfalls, special light effects etc! The villa is of course 100% guest-friendly, you can invite anybody anytime and set up your own visitors rules with the security staff. Smoking is allowed only in the outside areas. House details: - First floor has patio, dining room, kitchen, lounge, bar, guests toilet;; - Second floor has 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms; - Third floor has 1 master bedroom and 1 master bathroom; - The detached luxury dependence has 3 additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Standard rate is 800 USD/night for 6 bedrooms. Price can be reduced for last-minute bookings according to the season. An optional 7th bedroom is now available for an additional fee of 95 USD/night. The rental rate includes absolutely all house charges: initial/final cleanings, daily cleanings, taxes, gardening, security, gas, water, pool maintenance, garbage disposal, internet connection, satellite TV subscription, Residence fees, private parking , electricity etc. and we also include free airport transfers from/to the Puerto Plata airport!
